1 tbsp Almond butter
Handful of greens e.g. spinach/ kale/ Swiss chard
1/2 frozen banana (if not frozen add ice)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flaxseeds
Blend until smooth.
